APA 6th Edition in Microsoft Word 2007

Ever wonder how to format your paper by APA 6th edition requirements in Microsoft Word 2007?  Do you have ten minutes?

This video, posted to YouTube by peakdavid, shows you step-by-step how to set your paper up:
  • Margins
  • Title Page - including the Running Head and Page Numbers
  • Hanging Indents for the Reference Page
  • Headers
  • And More!
The video takes nearly 10 minutes to view, but if you've ever points counted off for incorrect APA requirements, or you don't want to spend 20 minutes just figuring out how to make Word do hanging indents, this video is well worth you time!
All health sciences programs at UNC - EXCEPT Dietetics - use the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association for a style guide. Don't forget to check out the LibGuide for APA @ http://libguides.unco.edu/apa.  If your professor is still requiring the 5th edition, check out this LibGuide http://libguides.unco.edu/apa5th.  And, of course, we have copies of both the 5th edition and the 6th edition and both Michener and Music Libraries.

  2. I often use ms word files but yesterday I stumbled across with a complicated issue. My doc files were deleted. Luckily for me I accidentally found out - fix micrsoft word docx files. The application resolved my trouble within a minute and ultimately free of cost.
